Establishing a scientific reference platform that brings together distinguished Syrian experts from around the world, with the aim of providing innovative and sustainable solutions to address development and reconstruction challenges, and enhancing collaboration between the academic sector, industry, and decision-makers.
Mission
The council seeks to provide scientific studies and consultancy based on research and practical experience to support the work of public and private institutions. It also aims to connect Syrian researchers and specialists with development projects that have a direct impact, in addition to developing academic and training programs that contribute to building national capacities and strengthening scientific research in Syrian universities.
